Quadrance Capital Partners LLC ("Quadrance," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal information when you visit quadrancecapital.com (the "Site"), subscribe to our newsletter, contact us, or otherwise interact with our online properties.

Please read this policy carefully. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described below. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

We only collect the information necessary to operate this Site, communicate with you, and improve our services. The categories of personal information we collect are:

1.2 Information collected automatically

We operate self-hosted analytics — we do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party advertising trackers. We record:

  • The path of each page you visit
  • The referring URL (where you came from), if your browser sends one
  • Coarse geographic country (derived from IP address — we do not store the IP address itself)
  • Device category (mobile / desktop / tablet), browser, and operating system as parsed from your User-Agent string
  • A short-lived session identifier (a random string) used to group page views in the same visit
  • The date and time of each visit

None of these analytics records are linked to your name or email. They cannot be used to identify you personally.

1.3 Cookies and similar technologies

We use a small number of cookies and equivalent storage strictly necessary for the Site to function — for example, to maintain your login session in the admin area and to issue the anonymous session ID described above. We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To deliver the newsletter. We use your email address to send you the updates you subscribed to and, where required, transactional messages such as confirmation or unsubscribe links.
  • To respond to enquiries. We use the information you submit through the contact form (or by emailing us) to respond, follow up, and maintain a record of the correspondence.
  • To assess job applications. Materials submitted through our Careers page are used solely to evaluate your candidacy.
  • To operate and improve the Site. Aggregated, non-identifying analytics help us understand which content is useful, identify broken pages, and prioritise improvements.
  • To safeguard the Site. We use rate-limiting and basic abuse prevention to keep the Site available and secure.
  • To comply with legal obligations. We may use or disclose information when required by law, court order, or other binding regulatory obligation.

5. How Long We Keep Information

  • Newsletter subscribers. Until you unsubscribe. After unsubscribing, we retain your email solely on a suppression list to ensure we do not contact you again.
  • Contact form messages. Up to 24 months from the last correspondence, after which we delete them unless we are legally required to keep them longer or we are still actively assisting you.
  • Job applications. Up to 12 months from receipt, after which we delete them unless you ask to be kept on file for future opportunities.
  • Analytics records. Up to 24 months in granular form; older records are aggregated or deleted.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Deletion — ask us to delete your personal information, subject to certain legal exceptions.
  • Withdraw consent — withdraw consent for any processing based on consent (such as newsletter subscriptions). This does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
  • Object or restrict processing — in certain circumstances, you may object to or ask us to restrict how we process your information.
  • Data portability — request a machine-readable copy of the information you provided to us.
  • Lodge a complaint — with your local data-protection authority (e.g., the ICO in the UK).

These include encryption in transit (HTTPS), encrypted storage of credentials, role-based access control for our admin tools, and routine security review. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. International Transfers

Quadrance is headquartered in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the U.S. or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses) to protect your information during transfer.
