Every person we hire is expected to generate original thinking, defend it with evidence, and be willing to change their mind when the facts demand it. Compensation is competitive and equity-participating; ambition, not hierarchy, is the organizing principle.

We are hiring.

We hire slowly and keep the team small. These are the roles we are actively considering — if none of them fit exactly but you think you belong here, the last row is for you.

Drive primary research and financial modelling across AI infrastructure and application-layer opportunities. You will own subsector theses end-to-end — from initial landscape mapping through to position sizing recommendations.

What we're looking for
  • 3–6 years of equity research, PE, or HF experience, ideally covering technology or TMT
  • Exceptional financial modelling and valuation discipline
  • First-principles thinker comfortable with ambiguity
  • CFA progress or completion preferred

Partner with the CIO on deep-dive coverage of foundation-model labs, inference infrastructure, and enterprise AI adoption. Conduct primary expert interviews and translate technical literacy into investment views.

What we're looking for
  • 5+ years covering AI / ML, semiconductors, cloud infra, or adjacent verticals
  • Fluency with ML research and the competitive AI model landscape
  • Comfort operating across public and private market diligence

Support middle- and back-office operations, trade lifecycle, investor onboarding, and compliance workflows. Work directly with the CFO on day-to-day execution and reporting.

What we're looking for
  • 2–4 years at an investment manager, prime broker, or fund administrator
  • Strong attention to detail and process orientation
  • Working knowledge of SEC / RIA compliance frameworks

How we interview

Four conversations, no games.

An intro call with a partner, a take-home or live case, a research deep-dive with the team, and a culture discussion. We decide within ten business days of the final round.
